Finding suitable equipment for windsurfing, kiteboarding, surfing, paddle boarding or any number of water sports isn’t always as easy, though. In remote areas, few shops have websites and many don’t even have phones. Traveling to Caribbean islands can be a crapshoot. Either you bring your own surfboards, kites, standup paddles, etc through the airports, which may or may not be suitable for the area or you risk rental shops being sold out of what you want.
