I'm trying to create an authentic southwest themed budget motel by Bryce National Park. I have started, but need help due to the wildfire that hit our area very hard this year.

I am trying to create themed budget motels in top tourist destinations. I recently purchased my first property by Bryce National Park with money inherited from my mother. It's her final gift to me and I want to make sure I can grow this into something as wonderful as her. I am a seasoned hospitality pro. The business is running smooth, but I've remodeled as far as my money will go. I'm trying to design this property with a south western adobe style to reflect the red rock high desert landscape of the national park. We have tourists from all over the world and the remoteness of small town USA deprives them of their regular big city comforts. I'd like to keep the integrity of the small historic town, but also give my guests the stylish comfort they deserve. We have refinished all the guestroom interior walls, all new southwestern bedding and drapes. I am making the wood furniture myself with the help of the staff. We need some help with some of the larger items. Being in a remote location, contracted work is much more expensive than in a city. We are hoping to get some help with our parking lot, modern tv's, and a roof. It's one thing to be historic, but its a different thing to be really really old.
